Yes. There is absolutely no charge for us to visit your property, assess the work, and provide a written estimate. We believe in giving you all the information you need to make a confident decision — with no financial pressure attached.

Our availability depends on our current project schedule. During busy periods, our lead time may be 2-4 weeks. For smaller projects or during quieter periods, we can often start sooner. We'll give you an honest timeline when we provide your estimate.

For larger projects, we typically require a modest deposit on commencement of work. The specific terms are included in your written estimate and agreed upon before work begins. We never ask for full payment upfront.

Just the basics: what type of work you need (interior painting, exterior, roof, cabinets, etc.), approximately how large the area is, and your general location on the island. We'll gather all the detailed information we need during the site visit.
