The existing paint was failing due to poor adhesion from paint-and-primer-in-one products, so we began with our thorough sanding process—removing all peeling and compromised coatings to expose a clean, stable base. After sanding, we applied Zinsser® Peel Stop to lock down any remaining edges, primed the entire home, and finished with premium exterior paint for maximum protection against Hawaii’s coastal moisture and UV exposure.
The transformation brought new life to the property without changing its color scheme, allowing the home’s original charm to shine through in a refreshed, long-lasting finish.
